Sarantis and Fotini Goreas started Little Creek Grill, then called Santos, in 1982 after moving to Princeton. Their son Nick and his wife, Renee began helping in 1993 and soon the business was transferred to them. In 2003 the Goreas family sold the restaurant and took a break from Princeton and the food industry until 2014 when they decided to move back to Princeton.

     Nick, Renee and their daughter Alexandra moved back and rebranded the restaurant with a fresh new look, a new name, but held onto the same great recipes their customers have come to know and love. As Yayia would say “don’t cheap out on good ingredients!”.
